  • Stroke Analysis

    Stroke Analysis - $20

    Send a front, side, and back view video of your swimming to Grace for feedback and analysis. Drills will be recommended to help improve technique

  • Single Sport & Fitness Coaching - $150+/mo

    Great option for those looking for general fitness and/or single sport plans. Price will vary depending on client requests.

  • Sedentary to Sprint (Triathlon) Training Plan - $200

    This training plan includes 16-weeks of set swim/bike/run & light strength training. It is meant for someone that comes from a sedentary background and wants to get started in their triathlon or health journey. This is NOT meant for someone wanting to be competitive in their age group. The plan is generally focused on building tolerance to running, comfort and skills on the bike, and giving general swim drills to get more comfortable in the water. The plan starts with short walks (20’) and builds to longer jogs (1 hour). It also gives Thursday as a recovery day (but this can be changed). Plan is delivered in 2 week increments through the Training Peaks app and does not include schedule adjustments (this can be purchased) A 1 hour pre-race phone or video call is included to answer any questions. If you’re a self-motivated person that just needs some guidance to their triathlon/fitness journey, this plan is for you. Reach out to Grace with any questions!
