Coach Grace believes…

That each athlete will perform best with custom training schedules that are adjustable and plan around their work/family life. Because of this, Grace will only take on 12 triathletes at a time to ensure that each athlete gets the attention they need & deserve. Coach Grace has a diverse background of multi-sport coaching experience, having self-coached herself to a pro-card qualification in triathlon, to coaching high school and masters swim teams, along with individual fitness coaching, she has grown to love sharing her passion of health & fitness with others. She holds a Masters degree in Health & Exercise Science, has 5 years working experience at one of the top ranked US Physical Therapy clinics, as well as worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for a diabetes and nutritional study during her graduate studies. Her athletes have achieved race podiums across a variety of distances, from 5k’s & sprint tri’s to 70.3 triathlons.
